Have A Heart Clinic is introducing an exciting way to help us provide cardiovascular care to the uninsured and underinsured population in the Louisville area. The Have a Heart Golf Scramble will be held on Friday, August 25th, 2023 at Elk Run Golf Club in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Cost is $125 per person ($500 per team) includes 18 holes of golf, cart and dinner Limit to first 25 teams Have a Heart is asking those that are both willing to donate, and would enjoy a great day on the course, please consider one of the following:

BIGGEST HEART SPONSORSHIP

  • Includes two (4) person teams with recognition on the website, social media, at the event and

  • company logo on live scoring app

  • Recognition at the awards dinner

  • Additional round of golf for (2) foursomes at Elk Run Golf Club
