Have A Heart Clinic will offer choice between telehealth
appointments vs face to face visits.

​ALL patients will be prescreened for Coronavirus symptoms 24 hrs prior to the visit, and rescreened when they arrive in the office, this includes temperature. 

We ask that you do not bring visitors; for those patients who rely on others for interpretation or transportation, you will be limited to 1 visitor
and they will be screened as well.

The above will also apply to testing in our office.
