We are so appreciative of the Kentucky Colonels for the 2022 grant awarded for Health Equity center support, by providing funds for exercise equipment & Fitness trackers for patients, and a new scale & 300 lipid tests for the office. Thanks to their support we will be able to continue to provide high quality Cardiovascular care to the uninsured in our community.
