Since 2011, the Have A Heart Clinic has provided over a quarter million dollars in free out patient healthcare services to those in need of care.

The Have A Heart Foundation through its free clinic, provides all aspects of cardiovascular care.

Since we our a free standing Cardiovascular clinic our prices for testing are substantially lower.

New Patient

Appointment

For the first visit, new patients will meet with one of our amazing volunteers for a consultation. After, follow up visits will be scheduled along the way. We work endlessly to provide the best medical care for our patients, both old and new.

Preventive Cardiology/Health Equity Center

Our Coordinated Care Team is a group of nurses and social services assigned to patients to coordinate all their care with there provider to ensure patients are cared for equally and on a path to better and healthier life.

Telemetry monitoring is when healthcare providers monitor the electrical activity of your heart for an extended time to check for abnormal heart rhythms.
