Cardiovascular Screening and New Directions Housing

We had our first monthly screening in collaboration with New Directions Housing. It was a great success. We went to their St. John's facility. Unfortunately most of those people screened high risk. Fortunately will be able to make a big impact on their lives with more education and treatment. Next month we will be at their St Williams Facility.
